Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for prepaid orders are ₹90. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2000 within India.
For express shipping within India, please direct message us on Instagram at @thehouseofvoguemania or WhatsApp us at +91 98699 82037.
Please allow 2-3 working days for us to ship your order. Pre-ordered items will take longer to be shipped, typically 7-10 days.
In the case of multiple products in an order, the entire order will be shipped together. Please consider the delivery timelines to be slightly longer in such cases.
The customer is solely responsible for resolving any issues related to item confiscation by regulatory authorities in any country. The company shall not be liable for such incidents.
Insurance for shipments is optional and must be arranged by the customer at their own cost. The company is not liable for any loss or damage during transit if the customer chooses not to insure the order.

If the customer provided contact number or shipping address is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, a charge of Rs. 250 will be levied. The charge covers the two-way shipping cost, packaging cost, and warehouse cost. The remaining amount will be issued to the customer as store credit.

International Shipping

All international shipping charges for orders delivered outside India shall be borne by the customer. Your international shipping charges will vary depending upon the Country, Weight, Courier Service and applicable Regulations.
Any customs duties, taxes, or other applicable levies imposed by the destination country shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders will be delivered using our most reliable shipping partners to ensure timely and secure delivery. The specific carrier may vary depending on the destination, package size, and service availability.
Delivery period is 7-20 days from dispatch from our shipping partner.
